Hope Wheeler,

Director, New Business

A results-driven marketer, Hope is constantly chasing the ideal ROI on behalf of her clients—proving that the value behind creative, clever, well-planned and executed strategic marketing programs can truly be priceless. Prior to joining Collins + Co. in 2016, Hope worked as an in-house PR and marketing strategist for a number of the world’s most highly regarded commercial real estate firms. A native of South Carolina, Hope has lived in Washington, DC for 14 years and currently resides in North Arlington with her husband, two daughters and French Bulldog.

Carli Gerard,

Art Director

With over 9 years of industry experience, Carli understands what it takes to simplify digital products in order to deliver incredible user experiences & build meaningful brands. When she's not daydreaming about her next great adventure (she just moved back from living down under in Australia!), she's striving to achieve pixel perfection. A Baltimore native at heart, Carli currently resides in sunny Southern California with her husband and pup, Annabel Lee.

Chris started @EatMoreBaltimore, a Baltimore-centric foodstagram account that has grown to more than 40K followers. He leverages his photography skills and social media savvy on behalf of several of Collins + Co.'s restaurant clients.

Caitlin Wolf,

Director

Caitlin is an experienced PR practitioner with more than thirteen years in the industry. She leverages the experiences she’s gained from working with more than 100 businesses to help brands communicate in a way that resonates with audiences, ultimately driving them to not only engage but to act. Prior to joining Collins + Co., Caitlin built and led the PR team at one of Baltimore’s top integrated marketing agencies and her strategic communications campaigns resulted in her crafting stories with reporters at the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Reuters, NBC’s TODAY Show, and dozens of top glossy magazines. Caitlin resides on the Eastern Shore of Maryland with her husband and young sons and can often be found enjoying outdoor adventures in and around the Chesapeake Bay with her family.

Emma Skura,

Account Director

Emma's background is in developing and implementing multi-platform marketing strategies for some of the nation’s top commercial real estate and professional services firms. She has aided in clients' growth across the Southeast and North Carolina and her experience in paid advertising and media buying are critical to Collins + Co. clients. Prior to joining Collins + Co. Emma worked as an Advertising Account Executive with the Business Journals. When Emma is not helping clients achieve their goals, you can find her chasing around her toddler or at a Ravens game!

Julia Strasdauskas,

Senior Account Director

Julia places a strong focus on crafting the messages that matter, balancing her trained public relations background with a creative mindset to achieve meaningful results on behalf of Collins + Co. clients. With an eye for the right pitch, she has landed top tier features across a variety of news mediums and markets. She cites media relations as her top tactic, placing strong emphasis on relationship building and authentic storytelling. Julia resides in a 19th century home in North Baltimore with her husband and English Bulldog, where she can often be found cooking up a storm to feed half her neighborhood.

Tessa Bonnstetter,

Account Director

Tessa is fueled by authentic brand stories and perfectly planned yet nimble strategies. Her experience began in New York City at a boutique PR firm that focused on women-owned brands in the fashion, beauty and lifestyle space. There, she learned the ropes during high-demand events such as New York Fashion Week and countless press previews, while building strong relationships with key media and up-and-coming influencers. A West Virginia girl at heart, Tessa went to West Virginia University in her hometown of Morgantown and earned a degree in Visual Journalism. She now resides in Federal Hill with her boyfriend and her betta fish.
