Get to Know the Co.: Chris Franzoni

Chris started @EatMoreBaltimore, a Baltimore-centric foodstagram account that has grown to more than 40K followers. He leverages his photography skills and social media savvy on behalf of several of Collins + Co.'s restaurant clients.

What inspired you to pursue a career in PR/Marketing?

By trade, I’m a lawyer, and I’ve always looked for a creative outlet - whether it be by playing an instrument, party and event planning, or creating new experiences that haven’t been done before. PR/Marketing has created that outlet, and allows me to do something else I love that involves activities other than reading, writing, and research.

Name a brand that you respect and admire (not a client!): 

My favorite brands are those that are high quality, creative, and go way above the ordinary and mundane - think Four Seasons and Tom Ford on a large scale. But I also love to keep it local - and some of my favorite Baltimore brands include Flowers & Fancies and the Atlas Restaurant Group.


Daily news read or favorite national publication: 

Anything from the New York Times and Wall Street Journal to Buzzfeed (even the quizzes). I try to round it out so I get a little perspective from all sides.


Go-to tactic for creating long-term value for a client:

Staying in front of the trends - and presenting concepts that haven’t been seen or done before.
